in Learn From Other Families

After suddenly losing her husband and picking up the pieces of a tragically altered life, Tiffany made the bold and courageous choice to take a year off while solo parenting to travel the world with her two children. She’s a digital creator and a powerhouse woman. I am honored I was able to spend time learning from her. To contact Tiffany you can find her and her links on Instagram.

In our interview we discuss:

  • What she needed to learn about herself and her children to take this leap
  • How she gets alone time/self-care time when solo parenting.
  • How she included her children in the decision to take a year off to travel the world
  • What is lost when you choose this life.
  • How she affords this lifestyle and her growing knowledge of travel hacking
  • How this year is allowing her to consider a career change and what she’s considering
  • If homeschooling is your biggest block- Tiffany has ideas for that!
  • Safety tips when traveling and how to avoid getting pickpocketed
  • Of all the places she visits she shares which one she thought was the least safe, and her answer might surprise you!
  • How she manages picky eaters while traveling full-time
  • What she did with her house
  • One of my favorite parts of the conversation, hearing her “why”

Solo parenting and world travel sound intimidating to almost everyone but Tiffany brings an inspiring and empowering perspective to this brave and exciting choice. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
